Tribute to the Military

The Chicago White Sox have swept the World Series. Four games and it's all over. I'd like to make a few observations.

1. It could have been anyone's win on all four games.
2. It was a very riveting 4 games.
3. It was nice to see some "normal" teams play for a change.
4. Houston Astros played well, and they will be a contender for next year as well.

Congratulations White Sox fans. Great series, White Sox and Astros. Thank you.

Chicago did well. I would have liked to see the series go the full 7 games, but, that is the way the ball bounces. We saw some really good plays and the team worked together. Congradulations, White Socks.

I wish it could have gone longer, myself. The Astros did very well. It was soooooooooo close! I mean every game!

You don't get that with the "big" name teams. I like it this way better. :)
