Prosecutors won a bid Friday to delay the trial of two Lodi men suspected of terrorist connections over the objections of defense attorneys...U.S. District Judge agreed that the nature of the case overrides the rights to a speedy trial....Prosecutors need more time to go over government agency documents. My Note: Public Safety and common sense overrides liberal lawyers objections......Umer Hayat, 47, is charged with a single count of lying to a federal agent about son's alleged activities at a Pakistani terrorist training camp....Hamid Hayat, 23, is charged with two counts of lying and a charge of providing material support to terrorists.....U.S. District Judge will hear arguments Oct. 17 on whether Umer Hayat should be released on bail...Read the rest of the story

My Note: This case keeps going on. Sure will be glad when it is over. Most of our MSM do not seem to care about this case and does not sense the urgency and danger that Islamofacism poses to our way of life. Maybe I am just a conservative alarmist. For sure, I can not fathom that once someone has tasted the freedom and democracy of our great country, they could sell us out. Of course I cannot understand the Caliphate Dreams of the radical Islamofacists either.
